Introductory Session.
Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision — and it's important that you feel safe, seen, and comfortable with whoever you choose to work with.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can get a sense of one another. It's a chance for you to share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and get a feel for how I work. There’s no pressure or expectation — just a gentle space to see if it feels like a good fit.
This initial call can be held via phone or Zoom, whichever feels more comfortable for you.
Whether you’re completely new to therapy or returning after time away, this first step is simply about connection — and beginning to listen to the part of you that’s ready for something to shift.
To book your free introductory session, just get in touch via the contact page. I’d love to hear from you.
Beginning The Journey.
I work mainly online, but do have some limited availability for face-to-face sessions.
If, after our introductory call, it feels like a good fit for both of us, we’ll arrange a regular time to begin our sessions together — usually weekly, at a pace that feels supportive for you.
Our first few sessions will be about getting to know you — your story, your inner landscape, what’s felt difficult, and what you're longing for. There’s no rush or pressure to “go deep” before you’re ready. Together, we’ll begin to gently explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and start to create a space of trust and safety.
You’re welcome to bring whatever is present for you each week — whether that’s a recent challenge, something from the past, or a quiet feeling you can’t quite name. Over time, we may begin to notice patterns, trace threads back to early experiences, and meet the parts of you that have felt silenced, exiled, or unseen.
This process isn’t linear — it unfolds in its own time. Some sessions may feel emotional, others reflective or calm. All of it is welcome. Our work will be held with care, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique path.
You're not expected to have it all figured out. All you need to bring is yourself — just as you are.
Confidential Space
