Introductory Session
I offer a free initial 20 minute session, Via Zoom, or over the phone, to talk through your needs and expectations.
Moving Forward
When we decide to work together, we will enter into an agreement to meet every week for a 60 minute session. This will be either open ended, or for a fixed number of sessions.
Confidential Space
All material discussed in our sessions is confidential. I work to the BACP ethical framework.
