Introductory Session.
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and able to be yourself in the space.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, giving us a chance to speak, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
There’s no pressure or expectation — just a straightforward, confidential conversation to get a sense of one another.
The call can take place via phone or Zoom, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
If you’d like to arrange a time, you’re welcome to get in touch via the contact page.
Beginning The Journey.
I offer both in-person sessions in Petersfield and online therapy across the UK.
If, after our introductory call, it feels like a good fit, we’ll arrange a regular time to meet — usually weekly, at a pace that feels supportive for you.
Our first sessions are a chance to get to know you — what’s been going on, what feels difficult, and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to go anywhere you’re not ready for. We begin from where you are.
Over time, we may start to notice patterns, explore earlier experiences, and gently understand what’s shaping how things feel now.
Some sessions may feel more emotional, others more reflective. There’s no right way to do this — the work unfolds at its own pace.
Confidential Space
What you share in our sessions is private. I follow the BACP ethical guidelines to make sure our work is safe, respectful, and supportive.
